Description
Before you book, complete your self-check medical form. If something is flagged on page one, you get a second chance on page two (still self-check). If it's still flagged, print page three and take it to a doctor to sign you off.
Level 2 is where freediving becomes practice rather than experience.
You'll work to 30m depth, refine your equalisation past the residual-volume zone, and learn the techniques that make repeated freediving sustainable for your body — and a whole lot more enjoyable.
