Come for a single session first. No commitment, no joining fee.

The rules, in plain English

  • This is a community sauna — treat the space and the people in it with the same respect you'd want.
  • Members can let themselves in, 6am to 10pm, daily. Your door code comes by message, never on the website.
  • Sessions run in small groups, so book ahead.
  • Memberships run on a 3-month minimum term, then continue until you give one month's written notice.
  • Payments run by GoCardless direct debit.
  • A towel is required in the sauna (bring your own, or hire one for $5).
  • Members can bring a friend for $20 a session, once a month.
  • If you're pregnant or have a heart condition, have a quick chat with us and your GP before your first plunge.
