Performance science for people who push themselves.
The same physiological training used with elite divers and endurance athletes, adapted for teams and individuals who want to perform — not just unwind. In the water, or on land.
This isn’t a trust-fall in a boardroom. It’s controlled, measurable training in the same systems elite performers train: the autonomic nervous system, stress response and recovery capacity. Delivered through freediving, breathwork, heat and cold exposure — protocols with a real evidence base, not a wellness trend.
Two ways to bring your team in
Team freediving day
A guided freediving experience in the Bay of Islands — breathwork, pool session, then open water. Book a Try Freediving Day ($280pp) or step the team straight into Basic Freediver, a full one-day certification ($350pp).
Book a team day →Studio performance session
No water skills, no wetsuit — breathwork, sauna and cold-plunge protocols at our Paihia facility, or delivered at your site. Built around your team's baseline.
See the studio →Three trainable levers, backed by research
Delivered by someone who's trained at the elite end
This is led by Sacha Williamson — 25+ years as a professional diver and instructor trainer across 45 countries, New Zealand's first female SSI Freediving Instructor Trainer, and an XPT Performance Breathing Coach under Laird Hamilton's programme, the same system used to train elite watermen and Olympic-level athletes.
Every level of performance runs on the same physiology
Whether your team is training for competition or just trying to get through a high-stakes quarter without burning out, the nervous system doesn't know the difference. Stress regulation is a trainable skill, not a personality trait — and it's the same skill whether you're podium-training or leading a Monday morning meeting.
Built around your team
- Team freediving days — Try Freediving ($280pp) or Basic Freediver certification ($350pp), in the Bay of Islands
- Half-day studio sessions — breathwork, sauna and cold protocols at our Paihia facility
- Targeted breathwork & cold-exposure blocks — a focused, measurable reset in a couple of hours
- Off-sites & leadership programmes — a full day or multi-day programme, water and land combined
- Ongoing programmes — recurring sessions that build the skill and the physiological adaptation over time
Every programme is built around your team's baseline and what you're trying to achieve. Delivered at our Paihia facility, in the Bay of Islands, or on-site.
