Questions & answers

Do I need to book?
Yes please — we keep each session to just six people so it never feels crowded. Grab your spot online and you're set.
I've never done a cold plunge — is that okay?
More than okay. Ease in at your own pace; even thirty seconds counts on your first go. Short and often beats long and forced.
What should I bring?
Just your togs, a towel and a water bottle. We'll take care of everything else.
How long is a session, and how many rounds?
Sessions run 55 minutes — plenty for two or three hot–cold rounds and a proper melt in the courtyard afterwards.
Can I have the place to myself?
Absolutely — book a Private Studio Hire and the whole courtyard is yours and your people's.
Anything I should check health-wise?
If you're pregnant or have a heart condition, have a quick chat with us and your GP first. Otherwise, come on in.
What are your opening hours?
