Bookings run on the hour, for 55 minutes — say, 3:00 to 3:55. This keeps the space calm and gives everyone a clean changeover.
You must book online first — bookings are essential.
The sauna switches on at your booking's start time — if it's been off, it takes about 5 minutes to heat up.
Please don't enter before your booked hour — someone else's session (including private bookings) may still be running.
The 5 minutes before each new hour is changeover time — out, wipe down, and the next person's in.
This is a shared, sacred space. A little patience at the changeover keeps it good for everyone.
