The sauna runs at set hours — Sunrise at 7am, Golden Hour from 4pm, Social Sauna on Friday and Saturday afternoons — in 55-minute sessions of about eight people. You book, you turn up, you sweat with your crew.
Book online first — every session is capped. Members' bookings open 72 hours before the public.
Doors open five minutes before and shut at start time. Late means the next session.
Every plunge gets a tick on the Cold Ones wall. Twenty gets you the cap.
Last five minutes is changeover — out, rinse, towel on the hook, next crew in.
A full session with a crew is the whole point. That's why we don't do open-all-day.
