Sauna & Plunge Membership — $20/week
Three sessions a week, member-only slots, your name on the wall. Sauna + cold plunge in Salty Hours, 72-hour priority booking, member rate on Breath Club, member events.
Expedition Membership — $90/week
Everything in Sauna & Plunge, plus Signature Pool Training, first access to expeditions and instructor training, ~$500 banked each year toward your next course or expedition, and a quarterly masterclass with Sacha.
