Refund policy
Cancellation, Refunds, and Changes Policy
Booking & Reservation:
- Upon receipt of payment confirmation, your booking is secured.
- The full amount is required to confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
- 7 days or more before dive/package date: Full refund minus the PADI eLearning pack cost ($99).
- Less than 7 days before dive/package date: 50% of the total amount will be retained.
- 48 hours or less before dive/package date: No refund; the total amount will be retained.
- No-shows: If you fail to turn up without prior notice, the full payment will be forfeited.
- If we have to cancel due to severe weather or unforeseen events, you'll receive a full refund minus the eLearning pack cost or be given the option to reschedule.
Multiple Dive Day Packages:
- All dives must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the first dive.
Changes & Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling your reservation is free of charge if done more than 48 hours before the dive date, given that alternative dates are available.
- If you're unable to complete your scheduled dives for any reason, we can arrange new dates for you, subject to availability.
- We cannot accommodate swapping booked dives between individuals.
- Should you need a letter for travel insurance claims regarding the value of the dives, we are here to help.
