Membership cancellation policy

Freedive Aotearoa memberships (Sauna & Plunge, Dive Club, Expedition) are billed weekly and have a 3-month minimum term (13 weekly payments), counting from your first payment.

After the minimum term you can cancel at any time by giving one month's notice. Your notice takes effect after 4 further weekly payments, and your membership and access continue through that notice period.

Joining fees are non-refundable. To give notice, email info@freedive.co.nz or use the cancel option in your member portal — we will confirm your final payment date in writing.
