Two days with New Zealand’s first dedicated freediving school. Breath and skills first, then out into the ocean. You leave an SSI certified freediver.

What to expect

Your two days

Before you come. Your SSI e-learning unlocks as soon as you book. Do it at home, at your own pace.

Day one. Breathwork to slow the body down, relaxation, equalising, and safety and rescue skills in calm water.

Day two. Out into the ocean. Line diving, buddy safety and your first deep, calm freedives.

Poor Knights Islands. Named by Jacques Cousteau as one of the top ten dive sites in the world.

Cavalli Islands. Clear water, kelp forests and the wreck of the Rainbow Warrior.
