Ocean Monitoring & Citizen Science
Our instructors and members contribute to ongoing monitoring of reef health, fish populations, and water quality across the Northland coastline. We partner with research institutions to ensure our observations reach people who can act on them. [Details coming soon]
Reef Restoration
Working with local hapū and environmental organisations, we support ongoing reef restoration efforts along the Northland coast. Every course includes an introduction to local marine ecosystems. [Details coming soon]
Community Access Programmes
We believe the ocean should be accessible to everyone. Our community access programmes provide subsidised ocean education to rangatahi in Northland, with a focus on Māori and Pacific communities whose connection to the sea runs deep. [Details coming soon]
