Before you book, complete your self-check medical form. If something is flagged on page one, you get a second chance on page two (still self-check). If it's still flagged, print page three and take it to a doctor to sign you off.

Level 2 is where freediving becomes practice rather than experience.

You'll work to 30m depth, refine your equalisation past the residual-volume zone, and learn the techniques that make repeated freediving sustainable for your body — and a whole lot more enjoyable.

1Pick your date — a little flexibility in your range is best, so we can choose the optimal weather window.
2Pay your deposit and book your online meeting with your instructor.
3Get the SSI app and register online — affiliate with Freedive Aotearoa so your course materials load to your app.

Note: the deposit is non-refundable. It includes your online materials, certification and all pre-course requirements.
