That's completely normal, and it doesn't mean starting over. This pathway lets you complete that outstanding requirement by sending us one video of your dive, reviewed against the standard for your certification level.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe're a small team, and we care about seeing you succeed. Most of what follows is just about giving your footage the best possible chance of passing first time.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eWhen to use it\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUse this when a required performance wasn't completed or verified during your course, and we've confirmed the video-evidence pathway is available for your certification. Edited footage can't be verified, so it can't be accepted.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eYour dive computer or depth gauge clearly visible and readable\u003c\/strong\u003e, showing the depth reached for your level.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eThe full dive, start to finish\u003c\/strong\u003e — Breathe up, duck dive, descent, the turn at depth, ascent, and a clean surface protocol (recovery breathing and a correct OK signal).\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eYour safety diver or buddy in frame\u003c\/strong\u003e wherever the standard calls for it.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eGood light and visibility throughout\u003c\/strong\u003e, so we can clearly see what's happening.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eTechnical bits\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e1080p or better, steady and framed so the key moments are never blocked.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSend the original, unmodified file, and hold on to your copy until your result is confirmed.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eA visible date\/timestamp helps if you can manage it.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWe'll send you simple upload instructions as soon as you've purchased — no need to send anything before then.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eWhat to expect from us\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThis covers a full, careful review of one submission.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eYour payment covers the review itself, not an automatic pass — your certification is confirmed once the evidence meets the standard. A fresh submission ($150) is needed for another review, but you'll know precisely what to fix.
