Unlimited self-serve access to the Recovery Studio at 30 Selwyn Road, Paihia. Wood-fired sauna. Cold plunge. Your own rhythm.

How it works
- Joining fee: $60 one-off (covers induction + key code setup)
- Weekly rate: $20/week, billed monthly on the 10th via GoCardless direct debit
- Minimum term: 3 months
- To cancel: Give 1 month's written notice after the minimum term
After your one-time induction, you book sessions online, let yourself in with your key code, and use the studio independently. No host needed.
Questions people ask us
What are the membership terms?
All memberships have a 3-month minimum term and require 1 month's written notice to cancel. Payments come out on the 10th of each month via GoCardless. After the minimum term, your membership continues monthly until you give written notice.
How do session packs work?
Buy a concession token pack — credits load to your account automatically. When you book, select "Use credit" at checkout and one credit deducts. Use a 5-pack within 3 months, 10-pack within 6 months.
What does self-serve access mean?
After a one-time induction session, members can book and use the studio independently — no host needed. You'll have a key code and our number if anything needs attention. Self-serve access is available 6am–10pm, 7 days a week, subject to availability.
Can I change my membership tier?
Yes. Change your tier at any time — the new rate applies from your next billing cycle. No penalty.
Can I pause my membership?
Memberships can be paused for up to 4 weeks per calendar year with 7 days' notice. Billing pauses during this time and your end date extends accordingly.
Do I need a towel?
A towel is required in the sauna. Members can hire one for $5 per session, or bring your own. We recommend two — one for the sauna, one to dry off after.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. But bring a friend once a month for free — and if they love it, they can join.
