Emily applies her Health Psychology degree to explore and address any subconscious anxieties you may have related to your dog.

Together, we can work through these challenges, guiding you both toward a sense of stability.

Freedive Aotearoa Founder & Master breath Instructor 

Sacha, introduces the calming power of breath work as a method to help us regulate our emotions, nervous system and create a positive energy exchange with our dogs.
